The Instructions
When you first listen to each set of Codes & Beats you must follow these instructions:
1. Have a pair of headphones or earbuds ready that fit comfortably and have good sound.
2. The day before you begin, have a herbal tea, move slowly, pay attention to your emotions and thoughts and observe sounds, movement and colours around you.
3. Have a journal nearby to record your experiences (sensations, impressions, observations) afterwards.
4. Breathe deeply with a count of 4 seconds (inbreath, hold and outbreath).
5. Begin listening to the audio track with Hemi-Sync Frequencies while awake and aware. *please follow specific instructions provided for each track (Members Only)
6. Continue to listen to the audio track daily for two weeks while sleeping or doing activities.
